Orders and Shipping

The total time to receive your order includes Processing Time and Shipping Time.

  • Shipping Time :

    • UK Standard Delivery: 1-2 Business Days

    • UK Expedited Delivery: next working day

  1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from support@clarims.com.

  2. This email contains your unique Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

  3. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become visible after you receive the email.

You may be able to change your shipping address, but only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot intercept the package, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

We always strive to consolidate your order into a single package to reduce waste and shipping costs. However, in some cases, your items may be split into separate shipments if:

  • The total order size or weight exceeds the carrier’s limits.

  • The items are shipped from different warehouse locations.

If your order is split, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Yes, Clarims ships to a wide range of international destinations. We currently ship to:

  • The entire United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).

  • International Regions:  EU Member States, USA, Canada, Australia.

  1. Click the “Account” or “Sign Up” icon in the top right corner of our website.

  2. Select “Create Account.”

  3. Enter your name, email address, and choose a secure password.

  4. Click “Create” and you’re ready to start shopping with benefits like faster checkout, order history, and saved addresses.

No. We do not store your full credit card details.

For your security and PCI compliance, your payment information (such as the 16-digit card number) is encrypted and tokenized by our secure payment processing partner (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments). We only keep a secure token and the last four digits of your card, which allows you to use the “Save for Next Time” feature without us ever holding your sensitive data.

Yes, we comply with all applicable tax laws:

  • UK Orders: All prices shown on our website include VAT  at the current UK rate of 20%. The price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping costs.

  • International Orders: For customers outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. Please consult your local customs office for details.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Note: For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as opened cosmetics or pierced jewellery) are exempt unless faulty.

 

We apologize for the error! We will fix this immediately at no cost to you.

  1. Please contact Customer Support immediately at support@clarims.com.

  2. Provide your Order Number and a photo of the incorrect item you received.

  3. We will promptly send you a prepaid return label and ship out the correct item as soon as possible.

We take great care in packaging, but if an item is damaged during transit, we are here to help.

  1. Stop using the item and do not discard the packaging.

  2. Email us immediately at support@clarims.com with your Order Number and photos of both the damaged item and the external packaging.

  3. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will handle the claim with the carrier.

 

Please DO NOT mail any returns until you have contacted our support team and received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and prepaid label.

If your order has not yet been dispatched (usually within 1-2 hours of ordering), contact us immediately by phone at +44 7367 927139. We can often correct the address before it leaves our facility.

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to wait for the package to be returned to us before we can reship (reshipping fees may apply).

Due to our rapid processing system, our window for changes or cancellations is very short.

  • Cancellations: We can only guarantee cancellation if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Changes: We cannot guarantee changes (like adding or removing items) once the order is submitted.

At this time, CLARIMS generally does not offer pre-orders for sold-out items to ensure all our customers receive their purchases promptly.

However, you can sign up for a “Back in Stock” notification on the product page. Simply enter your email, and we will notify you the moment the item is available for purchase again.
